St Giles would like to invite babies (12 months and under) and their parents to a fun and informative parent education workshop on introducing solids-first family foods.
The sessions will be presented by our Dietitian and will provide an opportunity for new parents to learn about the various aspects of introducing solids.
We hope to make what can be an anxiety inducing process simpler and more enjoyable for parents and babies alike.
We promote evidence-based guidelines and a commonsense approach to help cut through the confusing worlds of nutrition and parenting.
