This full-time Executive Assistant role at St.Giles, is a unique opportunity supporting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As an experienced EA, you will play a crucial role in enabling the smooth operation of the organisation and supporting its strategic objectives.

What you’ll be doing

  • Meticulously manage the CEO’s complex calendar, schedule appointments and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Handle a range of administrative tasks including managing correspondence, filing and records management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide discreet and confidential support to the executive team.
  • Provide research and drafting support for reports, presentations and other key documents.
  • Assist with special projects and other tasks as required.

What we’re looking for

  • Significant experience (5+ years) as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, ideally in a similar not-for-profit or community services organisation.
  • Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High-level proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Ability to work autonomously, use initiative and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Tertiary qualification in business, administration or a related field would be highly regarded.
  • Full Australian working rights.
