St.Giles regularly review our policies and procedures as part of our commitment to providing quality services to our participants and families.
Starting from Monday 2nd of February our Cancellation Policy will be updated to version five, with some expanded definitions to ensure all parties understand their rights and responsibilities in relation to the cancellation of services.
We’re also taking this opportunity to update our Feedback and Complaints policy which is now updated to version two.
