St Giles – Safety Update: Decorative Sand Recall
Dear clients and families,
You may have seen recent information about a recall of certain Kinetic Sand products in Australia.
We want to reassure you that while some decorative/coloured sand has been located at our sites, the brands we use are not the same products listed in the recall notice.
Following our assessment, we believe the risk to clients, families, and staff is extremely low. However, as a precaution and to ensure everyone’s safety, we:
- Have removed and disposed of all decorative/coloured and kinetic sand from use.
- Continue to monitor advice from regulators and suppliers.
Client safety and wellbeing remain our top priority. We will provide an update if any new information becomes available.
