Since developing and expanding their Allied Health programs, The University of Tasmania has worked closely with St.Giles to improve the outcomes for both enrolled students and Tasmanians accessing allied health services.
In 2025 St.Giles hosted placements from UTAS students undertaking degrees in Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy, in both the North and South of the state.

Our skilled staff have also been called upon to be involved with parts of the Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology curriculums.
We’ve recently employed a graduating Physiotherapist, and look forward to two new Speech Pathology graduates joining us in the middle of the year.
We look forward to welcoming more students and graduates from the University of Tasmania in 2026.
