The past twelve months have seen St.Giles School Leaver Employment Support programs (SLES) go from strength to strength.
A new and improved six-week Mini Woolies program splits participants into two cohorts, teenagers 15-18 years and adults over 18, with all attendees learning how to operate within our simulated store environment.

Mini Woolies participants build a range of retail and employability skills, and completion of this program can lead to work experience and paid employment opportunities.
“We’re thinking about how we can best set people with disabilities up for their futures,” – Donna Crompton, Senior Manager Allied Health
We have also kicked off Brewing Potential, our hospitality focused offering where barista skills are taught along with the opportunity to learn order taking and customer service skills along with other front-of-house activities.
